Turnaround Times (Production)
- Standard production time: 1–10 business days, depending on the products.
- Once the artwork is confirmed, production will be arranged immediately.
- Expedited production is available upon request,ship out within same day.
Production time does not include shipping. Always plan for transit days in your timeline.
Shipping Options
To help you meet your deadlines, we offer flexible shipping methods:
- DHL&UPS&FedEx (standard):3-6 days
- Expedited Options: UPS Express: 2-4days
- Bulk orders: 25-45days
- USA customers: Available make an appointment to pick up the goods from the Rhode Island warehouse
Every order includes a “Desired In-Hand Date” option. While this is not guaranteed, we do everything possible to help you meet it — whether through expedited production, faster shipping, or a combination of both.
